Secondly, the lining of pouring machine is divided into two layers, the inner layer is refractory layer, the outer layer is insulation layer, although the insulation layer is not thick, but the insulation effect is very good. Generally, the pouring machine with this structure can control the temperature loss within 2 degrees centigrade per minute.

Operational procedures
1. Check whether the equipment of pouring machine, electrical instruments, air passage, valves, etc. are normal, and whether the commonly used tools such as pry bars, hammers, etc. are ready. Discharge the water in the compressed air chamber.
2. When the core is laid, the hand is not allowed to close before leaving, in order to prevent crushing injury. When two people operate, they must concentrate on each other, cooperate with each other and take care of each other. Castings should be laid neatly and smoothly. The stacking height should be moderate and the pedestrian passage should be kept.
3. In case of core head, core plate is damaged or die closure is not strict, no pouring is allowed. When closing the mould, no one should stand in front of the die casting machine to avoid burning. In case of serious fire and other emergencies, the air should be deflated immediately and the power supply should be cut off. The metal liquid flowing out of the fire should be handled in time.
4. Hoisting work should comply with the safety operation rules of the hooker. Before use, the wire rope should be inspected for damage, and the hook should be hanging firmly before lifting.
5. Funnel, fast thermometer, thermocouple paint etc. should be dried before they can be used.
6. After completion, the valves should be closed, the power supply of the equipment should be cut off, and the work site should be cleaned up.
